In June 2009 Spirit Interior Design Gallery was asked to participate in a “Dream Home Give away”, a nonprofit Fundraiser, for Tahoe Mountain Resort Foundation. Tahoe Mountain Resorts are responsible for high end living developments in the Lake Tahoe, Truckee area. The mission of Tahoe Mountain Resorts Foundation is to serve as a catalyst for community enhancement by providing leadership and funding which will enrich the quality of life in the Truckee/North Lake Tahoe region through cultural, environmental, educational and charitable pursuits. The foundation has contributed to the success of Non-profit organizations such as, The Truckee Donner Land Trust, Adventure Risk Challenge, Truckee Art in the Schools and the Truckee High Scholarship fund.
Spirit was asked to donate our design skills, to make a condo at Northstar as beautiful and “green” as it could possibly be! The “Dream Home” is on view from August 1st 2009 until February 14th 2010 when the condo will be raffled off, please take the time to see it for yourself in the village at Northstar!
